By adding small amounts of magnesium and aluminium to the\nzinc layer, it is possible to slash the zinc layer of the sheet by half. This\nmeans reduced usage of zinc resources, lower environmental impact,\nbetter weldability, and scratch resistance. This unique coating forms a\nstable barrier against corrosion, which results in superior corrosion protection,\neven in rough environments. MagiZinc has a surface hardness that leads to\nless precipitation and less friction during deep drawing and\nroll forming.
