HNP Steel Service Center is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management. These certifications are an essential part of our identity – not merely as formal credentials, but as frameworks that guide how we work every day.

ISO 9001 is an international standard designed to ensure consistent, high-quality performance. At HNP, this means clear procedures, full traceability throughout the production process and a continuous focus on improvement.
Our commitment to quality is evident at every stage, from inspecting incoming materials to the final handling of finished products. Every coil is registered and follows a defined process, with both technical and visual inspections as standard. Our goal is to ensure that every order meets the quality and precision our customers expect, regardless of volume or production requirements.
Employee involvement is also fundamental to our certification. The experience and attention to detail of our operators play a vital role in maintaining quality, and improvement suggestions from our production teams are systematically evaluated and implemented.
Environmental responsibility in practice
ISO 14001:2015 requires companies to take a structured approach to identifying, managing and reducing their environmental impact. At HNP, this includes resource-efficient processes, minimising waste, managing residual materials and actively working to reduce our carbon footprint.
Our own rail connection plays an important role in these efforts. By receiving a large proportion of our raw materials by train, we reduce emissions and the need for road transport. Our storage facilities and loading procedures are also designed to protect both materials and the surrounding environment. For example, indoor loading helps prevent damage caused by moisture and adverse weather conditions.
Environmental management and sustainability are integrated into our planning, objectives and performance monitoring. They are a natural part of our decision-making, whether we are investing in new equipment, developing products or optimising logistics.
