Format sheet

With our modern machinery, we produce shaped sheets with high precision – from customer-specific solutions to standard formats directly from stock.

Precision and flatness in every sheet

At HNP, we supply cut-to-length sheets with the highest level of precision and repeatability. Our production is carried out on three cutting lines, each equipped with one or two leveling units that ensure every sheet is consistently flat with minimal residual stress – a prerequisite for continued processing with perfect results.

We offer a comprehensive range of cut-to-length sheets in thicknesses from 0.40 to 25.00 mm, with the possibility of custom lengths up to 12,000 mm. For customers with stringent requirements regarding dimensional accuracy, we also offer edge trimming, which provides tighter width tolerances than standard.

With a modern machinery park and a well-developed production flow, we have full control from coil to finished sheet metal. Whether it’s standard formats or customer-specific dimensions, we can deliver quickly and with high quality.

Our working method combines capacity and precision with a clear flexibility – we adapt to the customer’s flow, not the other way around.
This allows us to deliver both large series and individual special assignments, always with the same focus on quality, flatness and delivery reliability.

Customization as standard

Customization is an inherent part of our production. We adapt lengths, flatness, packaging and labeling to the customer’s processes and logistics needs.

Packaging is done entirely according to your wishes:

Deliveries on wooden or steel pallets with weights up to 5,000 kg
Standard labels or Odette flags for easy identification
Swedish-made packaging for quality, sustainability and environmental consideration

The care we take in handling and packaging ensures that the sheet metal maintains its quality all the way to the customer.

Extensive stock and fast deliveries

We stock a wide range of standard formats and can quickly produce customer-specific lengths. This ensures short lead times and the flexibility to deliver either directly from stock or through scheduled call-offs.

Thanks to our in-house logistics capabilities and coordination with other parts of HNP’s production—such as slit strip—we can offer complete solutions for our customers. With indoor loading facilities and large storage space, we ensure that every delivery maintains the same high quality as our production.
