Logistics built for precision
At HNP, logistics begins long before the material reaches our facility. Daily deliveries arrive via our dedicated rail connection – directly from steel mills or nearby ports. This enables efficient, well-planned transportation with a lower environmental impact and allows us to manage our material flows with a high degree of precision.
When the rail wagons arrive in Osby, the material is received directly into our modern warehouse facilities. Here, coils and steel sheets are handled with the utmost care to preserve quality throughout the entire production process, from arrival to finished product.
Capacity and control
With a production capacity of 150,000 tons of steel per year and storage facilities designed to handle large volumes, we can plan and produce with a high degree of flexibility. This allows us to ensure material availability and quickly adapt when customer needs change – without compromising on quality or delivery preformance.
We handle a wide range of materials – from Aluzinc and cold rolled to hot dip galvanized, hot rolled and Zinc Magnesium – which allows us to deliver exactly the material required for each unique customer solution. Each coil is registered and tracked throughout the process to ensure the right material is used for the right order.

Quality assured to the final step
Once production is complete, the material is moved to our finished goods warehouse, where everything is handled indoors. This provides a controlled environment that protects the steel from moisture, dirt, and damage—ensuring that its quality is preserved right up until the moment of loading.
Our finished goods warehouse holds both customer-specific orders and an extensive stock of finished slit coils and cut-to-length sheets. This enables us to deliver quickly, whether the customer requires a scheduled call-off or an urgent supply for their production.
Our indoor loading facilities ensure efficient, weather-protected operations. Every order is inspected, packaged and labelled according to the customer’s specifications before leaving our facility. This is how we ensure that every delivery is fast, clean and secure, with the same attention to detail that defines our production.

Most of our deliveries are made by truck to customers in Sweden, the Nordic countries and Central Europe. Through close collaboration with quality-assured transport partners, we ensure short lead times, punctual deliveries, and a high level of traceability.
We tailor our transport solutions to the customer’s production flow — whether this involves fixed delivery windows, call-off orders, or just-in-time deliveries. Our logistics are flexible and predictable, allowing customers to plan their production with confidence.
